As far as diet plans go, 20,000 physicians couldn’t all be wrong!  Medifast is so convinced of it’s ability to help you lose weight, it is sponsoring the Medifast “Leave Before Behind: Be a Happy After” contest. Start with a before picture of yourself prior to beginning your Medifast journey, and take a photograph after you reached your weight loss goal. Ten winners will be selected to fly to the Medifast headquarters where they will enjoy a makeover and wardrobe consultation, a photo and video shoot, and a chance to be in a Medifast television commercial as well as part of their national campaign. This all expense paid trip is a great way to celebrate your weight loss journey.  The deadline to enter the contest is April 30, 2010.
